We pledge that we will roll-out conscious and unconscious bias training company wide in 2020 delivered by an external specialist, which will also be incorporated into our new entrant on-boarding training programme. Furthermore, by the end of August 2020, we will conduct an employee ‘Reality-Check’ to gauge and benchmark how inclusive we are. We will use the output to develop a rolling 3 month AB Diversity and Inclusion roadmap of relevant actions to address any identified gaps and maintain ongoing focus to ensure Diversity and Inclusion remains embedded within our culture and operations.
